My dad loved this christmas song and always played it when we had to drive somewhere together in december. Now that I'm in the Army, it will be our first christmas away from each other, it's nice to hear the song still though.

This short little song has the coplete possibility of a movie plot behind it if someone with that talent took the time to really take the points of the song and draw them out enough I'm pretty sure they could develop a plot with a tearjerking ending. All of Jim's songs had a message behind hem and a lesson to be learned. Miss his writings and talent alot but grateful for the time Yahweh had him here with us.

This man was taken before his time. We listened to him in our college years, and I remember the day I learned that he died in that plane crash. We had just gotten back to college when it happened in late September. We all lost so much that day. We'll never hear him in our later years as we've heard Peter, Paul and Mary, Neil Young, Simon and Garfunkel, Don McClean and the others that shaped our thoughts.
