I believe something like this could happen. Not long ago a story broke about a guy who bought a mp3 player from a 2nd hand store and on the mp3 player contained files of classfied military operations and commander details, personal information on actively deployed soldiers and other really top secret stuff... Maybe this guy happend to be at the right place at the right time, if so he kept his mouth shut about it at the time, if he had not im sure he would have been neutralized.
