Yep,that`s right-Tunics and Caliga. A tunic was two pieces of rectangular cloth with holes for the arms and head. Caliga were the knee-high boots they wore on their feet.

Other cultures, typically further north of Italy,wore Braccae and were thought to be effeminate,braccae were woolen trousers!

WHAT is this thing at :19????????????? Kilts are not the original as in first. That would be garments from Mesopotamia, earliest civilization. Being the most widely known does not constitute original as in "first." There are enough ethnic types in kilts. We need "unlimited" styles. The flat front will never allow it to reach its best potential. It only has swing due to the rear. The location of a pleat has no correlation to sex difference.

Thanks for creating a really nice video about men in skirts/kilts. So many folks think you have to be gay to wanna wear different things but that's their own ignorance and refusal to adapt in order to make the world around them more exciting. I love skirts and kilts. Changing the world for others changes the world for ones own self. I love this video!
