Shortwave Listening

I pick this up almost every week, I dont know how often it happens. Anyone out there more fluent in Spanish than I am, are to help me out? I have a few recordings of this, dating back to May of this year. Usually its on a different frequency, so I was surprised to find it here

This is a spy or numbers station, probably from Cuba although it could also be from the US.

Look up stuff on "Conet Project" if you are interested.

hi there I was told that these numbers are communications from cuba for spies either in the U.S. or other countries. They originate from Havana ! they have been going on for as long as I can remember.

It is called Attention (translated) from Cuba, I get it about every week.

I have heard broadcasts like this since 1972,in an old shortwave magazine,the articile said that (back in the early 70s), they supected drug trafficers for producing these broadcasts. I am suprised that they are still out there,with today's digital technology,who needs shortwave for this kind of info??????????????????????????­???

Since it is repeating numbers such 4 (cuatro), 5 (cinco), and 6 (seis), I believe this could be a numbers station in Spanish or some sort of code using Spanish numbers. Either way, it is a shortwave transmission meant for point-to-point communications.
