@bullhurley74 Howard was founded because Blacks were not allowed to attend white schools. However, unlike their bigoted counterparts, Howard has always allowed students of all races and nationalities into their school. Their are plenty of white people at Howard. In fact, they just got a historically white fraternity on campus.
