  • Thank you for your kind notes. It's amazing to me that over 9,300 people have viewed this video. Gromit was an amazing little dog, and even though it's been over two years since I lost him, I miss him everyday.

I do have a wonderful pup in my life now named Fig. Life goes on, and I don't think it would be as reach without a dog to love on! :-)

  • God this made me cry! they are the best! so small but so big in personality and heart! my mother had 5 I have two and they are my best friends thanks for making this wonderful film x

    Jo from England x

  • @poppie1969 Thanks so much, Jo.

  • Thank you all so much for your kind comments.

  • Hi Robloxmaster22. I'm so sorry to hear about your dog. Gromit was hit by a car too, and I know how traumatic the experience is. Take care of yourself.

  • Thank you. I appreciate it.

  • he was so precious

  • I just lost my Dachshund 2 days ago. I'm in soooooo much pain I can't describe the way I feel. He was 11 years old. I had him since I was 17 years old and now I'm 28. He watched me grow as a person. My 2 year old son adored him. I hope that I can get better about losing him because I feel miserable. He was apart of my family.

  • What a great tribute to a dog well-loved. I too had a long-haired red. Her name was Sienna Rae. She will be gone 6 six years this December and I still miss her. She was a princess, extremely loyal, and very obedient. She lived a great life and died at the age of 15 1/2, but I know she fought to the end to stay alive for me. I have a litle boy now, Cooper. He's much like her but there will never be another Sienna Ra. Thank you for sharing and allowing me to share.

  • You did a fantastic job on this tribute to your furry friend. My how we love our dogs and how they love us back. You were blessed.

  • Hey man, my heart goes out to you and Gromit. God bless you both

  • Tearing hard..So cute....10plus years is never enuff.....

  • There is nothing cuter, more loving or more loyal than a dachshund. How can ya not love a little sausage dog?. Have owned them all my life and can't imagine not sharing my life with one.

  • how did he die???rip

  • Thank you for sharing this lovely tribute to a lovely little guy. His coloring and fur are spectacular.

I lost my Willy last year to cancer and it still hurts so very much, and I give his picture and his ashes a little pet every day. His tribute is called Loving Tribute to Willy; please check it out sometime.

There are two places that our doxies will always live: on our laps and in our hearts!

  • Great video and song....But sad....I can not live without a Doxie...I love them.

    R.I.P. Gromit
