In his warped attorney mind, he believes he has to destroy the child because of the tougher mandatory sentencing law Mass. is trying to pass. Because of that mean, nasty law that will keep repeat offenders behind bars longer, he thinks he has no choice. That he is part of any children's organization is absurd. It seems to me you can give a client an adequate defense without attempting to further destroy the life of a six-year-old.

Get what straight, I believe the term you are seeking is "CONVICTED" rapist. If you understood the law and had the terminology to describe what you mean then we wouldn't have this nonsense. You want such laws? Go to the middle east, they have what you're looking for... But in USA we are innocent till proven guilty. Accused means to bring an accusation against; level a charge against... Convicted means to find or prove (someone) guilty of an offense or crime, especially by the verdict of a court.

We're all here talking about actual rapists that committed the rape to begin with. I never said "a possible rapist" or "an innocent person accused of rape". Fagan is a defense attorney and even the slime have a right to an attorney. He's sick but I have already stated above that he would not be able to do that. An accusation doesn't make you guilty of anything, that's why we have this little thing called the criminal justice system... I study it and will have a BS in it, and I understand it. A child who has been raped is torn apart anyway... I should know, it stays with you forever.

It is sad that he feels this way, but he has a job to do...

He might defend a person who is actually really "innocent." No courtroom will allow anyone to "rip a kid apart" in the manner in which he speaks.

The problem is him not agreeing with the bill that will protect us from "CONVICTED" child rapists...

In this case he needs to step DOWN!
