Dead Island No Clip Bug

We were playing Dead Island and I randomly pressed "Y" and it allowed me to No Clip around the whole map and when i turned it Off I teleported to the place I No Clipped to. Also the Ocean Floor is the map of the island, we think they used the wrong texture.
