We need to seek the truth about life before we can make any real difference, it is our common denominator, it will unite Mankind, we have evolved enough to know it.

Either the Romney Campaign was completely ignorant about the "Lilly Ledbetter Act" or they don't want to take a public position on the issue. Either way it speaks volumes about Romney's priorities on woman issues.

I was born and raised in Cuba. I left 5 years ago when I was 15. I feel it was yesterday that I left and remember every single detail of life in my country. Having said that I'll just add that I do not like Obama. His speech is a "light" version of the communists' speech.

You seem to think people who are anti-choice are liberals? They are conservatives you moron. And you think this guy who opposed the Lilly Ledbetter Act is also liberal. Clearly if he opposed it he is not liberal. Are you stupid?

Paul has said that the Ninth and Tenth Amendments to the U.S. Constitution do not grant the federal government any authority to legalize or ban abortion, stating that "the federal government has no authority whatsoever to involve itself in the abortion issue."

Yup it is socialism. And under socialism there is less freedom.

The Democrat Party is the party of NO RESPONSIBILITY! They give out all this free stuff to people. They should tell some people to grow up and get responsible.

apparently, the liberal media uses ryan's vote against the ledbetter act as a reason why he is "against women"....big surprise...yes, it looks good as an act to "support women" by the president, but the reason ryan voted against it was because its not effective for equal pay. it defines the law processes that women can go through to sue companies because of unequal pay, but its pretty inefficient at actually achieving its apparent goal. thats why romney wants to edit the act

I did, and I wouldn't really call it obscure. It was Obama's first major piece of legislation. Also Lilly Ledbetter was featured prominently for a segment on the "Rachel Maddow show" a few weeks back. Us "lib-tards" pay attention to such things.

If by crisis you mean the economic depression, then no. They weren't (solely) caused by the wars. They were caused by inflation and artificially low interest rates set by the FED which lead to malinvestment and first a boom and then the bust. If you are already doing research, you should check out the Austrian Business Cycle Theory, as well.

If by crisis you mean terrorism and the bad situation in countries like Iran, then yes, they were caused by wars and interventionism.
