Just listen to the music and take the poser conversations via PM, I can say I haven't cut myself since I was somewhere between 11 to 13 but I do have had suicidal toughts ever since I was 11. Your not a poser just because you express your feelings through music, it's a way to get out aggression and the inner suffering, Tough it comes back for some of us. It's various reasons why we act like we act and behave like this, keep that in mind...
