workers compensation minimizes and marginalizes everything, they also lie about everything which frequently causes PTSD, people have had enough and are starting to go to workers comp headquarters with guns, this is all caused by crooked doctors

and crooked claims adjudicators who get huge bonuses to deny claims / treatment

BIASED and LIARS; Why does Government give workers comp immunity from lawsuit; Workers Comp is legalized fraud; Medical Racketeering designed to deny medical aid for work injuries; Anyone with significant work injuries and insurance interests is denied medical tests to diagnose their injury;

In 2003 workers comp "STARVED ME BACK TO WORK UNDIAGNOSED" against my physicians requests for an expedited appointment to the specialist and discounted his warnings that sending me back to work was UNSAFE;

WCB corrupt? Of course they are. I was a union worker for 23 years and heard nothing but horror stories from my co-workers about their crappy shenanigans.

However, when it comes to truck drivers using their cell phones while operating stick shift vehicles they owe the public 100% attentiveness. The roads and highways are their workplace and you wouldn't get away with using a cell in a warehouse or retail business. Sorry for picking on truckers and cabbies but safety is first and foremost.
