In the last two months my company has increased parking tickets by 400% I looked why and it was this new scheme by Westminster council.

There is no visual difference between paying an non paying parking bays in the capital.

It is discriminatory against conscientious objectors of mobile phones and credit cards. The datebase is stored by dubious people.

Tha parking fine is 53.3% more than the parking fee. Ludicrous.

This is fleecing in a grand scale. Bankers look on with envy !!!
