If I build one for my scooter (kymco 125cc), is it ok for daily use? I'm not an expert electrician, please advise (adiibn@yahoo.com), thank you.

cool

Yeah but it was just gas
the mover has some issues that i going to fix,
than try again!
First it should run on gas!

you will have to back the timing of the motor to tdc(top dead center)gas burns at 10,000 fps hho burns at 40,000 fps( feet per second)
and you will need 2x the water as gas to run
use a garden mister hooked up to a garden hose
and spray it in the carb.

Hmm... sounds like you have been playing with these all ready!:)
Did it worked for you?

Keep up the good work. I saw one diagram in which another capacitor was used to capture whatever back EMF may occur in his circuit thus increasing the efficiency of the circuit.
I'm not sure if your circuit needs that or not. But his spark was actually more powerful after doing that.

Can you tell me where can I find that circuit?
Thanks!

i think your Idea of using the high voltage spark plug wire as a trigger is good. I had the same Idea, it's more simple than trying to use a pickup coil. Where is your ignition coil in this circuit? Or are you just using a capacitor?

Yes this circuit just use a capacitor+the hv from the bbq igniter(in my trial setup) or from the ignition coil.
