May 29 2011. Vids are of me and my friend Tim Lewis. I placed 2nd out of about 10 in the 198 right. Vazgen showed up and won every weight class right handed. I went 1-1 with Kyle Knapp.

another interesting situation is that i have a friend here on youtube..his name is devon palumbo or beastbodybuiding. he is a strong guy and weighs around 180 at 5'10. he benches like 400ish. his friend is almost as strong as him and is 6'1 225. both know the technique very well....both curl the same....but devon easily destroys his friend...it's no contest.

hey i had a question on why some people are so bad at armwrestling? My friends and i tried arm wrestling, and they never lift weights, and u know im pretty strong myself. im also taller than them...and weigh more/the same. we also both are inexperienced with arm wrestling, but we looked up vids and know the same minimal techniques. i can keep their arms at a draw at the start position but can't budge their arms from there. what gives?

Nice win on Kyle at 1:09!!! Also nice win for Tim over Kyle left handed, man he beat him FAST and UP TOP :O and he toprolled Lenny lefty and woulda beat him if Lenny hadn't fouled!!!!
