EMC is the latest generation soap cutter operating with a single blade.Paradromic cam movements and dedicated electronics are employed to grant smooth and silent operation.
The continuous soap bar incoming from the previous plodder is cut on fly by a single blade. The blade moves following a triangular path given by the composition of two different movements. During its motion the blade is always perpendicular to the soap moving direction allowing a remarkable precise cut even at high speed.
