  • I love that Johnny kid...lmao

  • To all of the people saying that bouncing is bad, I as a martial artist of 16 years have to say that you are both right and wrong.

Bouncing when you are cold is most definitely BAD!!!

But after having warmed up, pushing to the edge of your flexibility and, very gently, exceeding it and then relaxing (bouncing softly) will improve your range of motion.

If the master and his student in this video hadn't already warmed up, I will eat my hat. I'm Australian, and we have big hats!

  • 0:17 he didn't mention to start air-fucking the ground! XD

  • i almost broke my hip

  • @DestiiOnAir no it won't , i do that , and i'm fine , but for those who want to be flexible ,it is really important to do the streches everyday , when i take a pause , of 2 days or 1 , it really slow me down , and when i get back to do streching i feel more pain . so don't give up people , you can do it!

  • @rob0wns5 he reach puberty, and flexibility has nothing to do with it, of course is easier when you're younger but you can start with 16 years and you can get a full split. stop screwing the video

  • I'm not an expert, but isn't bouncing very very bad for your strechting?

  • Johnny looks so put of place
