I lost my job via MMC despite caring deeply about patients, after thousands of hours of exhaustive involvement with extremely sick people and families over 5 years. The MTAS system did not allow for references, so consequently noone could really tell anything about individual doctors. I had to move overseas, splitting my family, and this woman's smug face and patent lies here on this clip just make my blood boil. This was such a disaster, and I fear in 10-15 years the NHS's quality will slump
