Edit: Ok to get the mp3 of this is very simple

Go on NicoSound http://nicosound.anyap.info/, then copy paste the original URL (in the info) in the yellow box on NicoSound, then press MP3, on the next page, you should get a description of the video, right under that, there should be a blue box with information on the file, like the Bitrate and the size of the file, under that box, right under it, there should be 2 options, click the one on the right, save file and then voila!
