2008 Yamaha Drive Electric Golf Cart Rear End Noise Part 1

I took this short video of my cart backing straight with not throttle. I also get a noise when I let off the throttle at high speeds when I coast.
It will not make the noise if I have the power down at low speeds. Has speed code set on high and regen set on lowest setting.

Any help would be greatly appreciated
