Cook wasn't cremated.. he was buried after his death..

I think it (the clapping) is something that started with Princess Dianna's funeral (?) challange the system and you soon find yourself in a coffin being clapped off to the grave! (He spoke out about the Iraq war and said there was no "Al Quada" (it means "database") she stood up against the arms industry (land mines) neither of them lasted long after these remarks/actions!
