  • I love the idea of breaking down the med surg book! Great idea.

  • @buckeyegrl5 I don't remember where I first heard of doing that, but I'm definitely glad I don't have to lug around that giant monster anymore lol.

  • Ok thanks!! Did you get the Doxie or the Doxie U. Because I look on line and the Doxie was $119.00 and the Doxie U is $149.00

  • @DanteSmitty there wasn't a choice when I got mine. I'm pretty sure it's the exact same thing except that it's just cheaper for students and teachers.

  • How much did you pay for the scanner?

  • @DanteSmitty i got mine as a gift, but they have it for $119 (doxie U-student version) . getdoxie dot com

  • @tomx1704 Yes, that is Calculate with Confidence. It's required for class. I don't use any other books. i usually don't have a problem with math and that book seems to be enough.

  • i couldnt see too clearly but is that the "calculate with confidence" textbook you used?...did you use any other dosage calculation books or resources to help you learn dosage calculations?

  • @tonnabeth100 It's called PDF Expert. Good luck on your first day!

  • I am a new nursing student and classes start next week. I am so excited and have loved all of your videos. It has given me a lot of things to think about:) Anyway, can you tell me again what is the app that you downloaded to be able to take notes electronically onto a pdf? Thank you!
