My first video. I did some garden training. I need some more strength that's something I know. But as you can see I'm working on that. The jumps aren't my maximum, but I'm trying to get control first by training bare foot.

Nice video. I suggest you to do full pull ups, it's harder to do and you will gain more strenght. Straighten your arms when you go down. Peace

Eej man, gaaf filmpje. Ook de edit zag er goed uit. Je presicions op de plankjes zag er goed gecontroleerd uit, complimenten hiervoor..
