  • True...and it works just as well even if you do have a time-boxed release schedule...the benefits of limiting WIP and creating a culture of focus are immense. Thanks for the comment!

  • The big change from Scrum to Lean methods such as Kanban is the concept of Flow - instead of holding back value-adding functionality into batches released on a schedule, you produce a continuous flow of artefacts which are individually released *as soon as they are ready*.
