Do you think it's okay to wash my face with just clean water as my everyday cleansing routine? Will it make my face a lot worst? I've stop using any cleanser and moisturizer cause they contains alcohols and other harmful ingredients. I will try to get a soap to use soon though. And do you know/have any review about extra virgin olive oil?

@Asyaisya Everyone has different skin as far as how dry/oily it is so different things work better for different people. I do recommend extra virgin olive oil in your diet and to be used for cooking too... it can even be used for moisturizing the skin as well along with organic coconut oil.

Ive cut out dairy, been drinking a lot of water, and stopped my daily cleansing routine of nutrogena acne and redness cream, clean + clear face wash and switched to just using soap. I had no new pimples form for 4 days! Then I tested this by eating a little bit of dairy and junk on Christmas, and now I have 4 new pimples near my chin and lip! I now know the cure.. thanks a lot David. My face already has a lot of red marks which i hope arent permanent, but at least now I can prevent more, so thx

@imawsmexy lol, you don't know how much I weigh! I was too skinny earlier this year... I was 20 pounds lighter.... It's easy to lose & gain weight on demand when you know what to eat and do. Eating more protein & working out more will help you gain weight, also just eating more in quantity while working out and building muscle.
