P.S. A few things I forgot to mention:Don't drink on an empty stomach. Cooking & eating traditional Irish fare can keep you going. Performing, listening to, and dancing to Irish music can help you detox & spend less time actually drinking. By the way, you can mix beer & spirits, but not beer & wine.
