That's because kids are too hyped on dunking and looking cool. No time for fundamentals. If college kids stayed for at least 3 years with the old school coaches who actually coached the NBA would be better off.

That's true. In my opinion Shaq was the last dominant big man the league has had since he left the Lakers. Now, there are no big meen who rule the paint. Dwight Howard does as far as rebounds and D but he's not an offensive force like the older guys were.

if u pause around 35 u c his left foot is planted there for its his pivot and then hi lifts it before the ball leaves his hand

He moved his pivot foot first and then lifted the second one off the ground and bounced the ball before that second foot reached the ground. Then 2 steps.

There's no travel. It would be if he'd bounce the ball 0.4 seconds later.
