I should mention that it wasn't this one comment that set me off, although this was the catalysis that finally broke the camel's back. I love you all dearly, I do, but no one but me gets to decide my content, ok? I don't owe anyone anything more than I have already given....

You Tube is the perfect avenue for pinheads to show their immaturity. There is always a segment that can't handle freedom of speech. If someone doesn't like what you do for a living, don't watch your channel. Hit the "unsubscribe" button! You do not owe anyone in this community anything. None of us do. Keep on doing what you want forever.

Taunia, I've struggled with the fact that I haven't been online much and felt guilty at not posting much anymore because I have been so busy with work and stuff. However, I think we all do the best we can. And isn't the best example of success in getting ones life back postop the fact that we once again have a life? You do more than many to support this community. And you are appreciated. If I've neveer said it before Thank you.

You look great Taunia, and you're doing a huge amount of stuff. As you said, nobody gets to dictate to you what you post. Hang in there - the more "visible" you are, the more "naysayers" you'll have, or people telling you what they think you should be or do. You are part of the community, and showing yourself a success! Hey Taunia....just a few words....You look great BTW- But some people who are not far enough out or new to this do not realize that although we may be uberconsumed with the process (because it is new to us) that life does go on. I am having my surgery in a few weeks and I know that my life will not orbit around WLS after I begin to live life again. Thank you for all you do and have shared about your journey...I am also one of those who got introduced to this community through you-an inspiration

RIGHT ON, Taunia!  Eloquent, as always. Like many others who have posted, your WLS channel was the first I ever watched on YT, and that was about 9 months ago, so i backtracked all the way to Day One. You have inspired me, and your story continually adds to my own journey. I am grateful for that. I had gastric bypass surgery 6 months ago and I can honestly say that your videos helped me come to this life changing decision. So, I'd like to say, "Thank You=)" You are a great inspiration not only due to your work for WLS, but as a woman who is an artist and has a family. The haters will hate, but your videos are posted and people can always follow your journey without making unrealistic demands.
