The Vande Berg Scales automatic box labeling / automatic case labeling system eliminates many of the labor intensive tasks associated with box labeling / case labeling of your product. A barcode scanner reads your product ID, the in-motion conveyor scale registers the weight to the controller equipment, the system automatically determines the tare weight and the acceptable weight parameters. The system sends your boxes / cases to a labeler were a net weight label is applied. The system accumulates the daily production totals, and adds your box / case information to the appropriate pallet manifest.
