I did this by getting in as a patient, breaking the utility box and sneaking inside with patient clothing and then sedating an orderly and taking his clothing. Then I did all the other stuff %100 silent and subtle and I got my suit back. Still, I got "Professional" rating playing on hard mode.

Very nice video man i reckon you should done a full walkthrough of the whole game i enjoy them xD but one thing..I tried what you said but i only got hitman..But i think that was because some guy was telling to get out of the room when i went to get my suit back :(
