This is one of my episodes of Raynaud's phenomenon. I have had them for about two months now. They can make life pretty difficult, considering that I live in Ohio and it's pretty cold in the winter. I will be undergoing testing to find out what's causing this. Most likely scleroderma or some other connective tissue diesase.
I had this and cured it with Red Wine

Excellent video for awareness of the condition.Many people who see this condition can see the abnormality but not the pain.Being a sufferer myself the sharp shooting pain at the wrists is aghhh...and when it starts the nailbed colour change is frightening ,thats when I know its the start of the real event.My whole hand goes from red to white,has`nt reached the blue stage yet .thanks very enlightening,no sceptic here.
