Pianist Jesper Holmkvist Svenssen about this DVD: I have made this "conserttale", where I have the pleasure of presenting the a-minor sonata kv 310 and the humourous Variationes over "Twinkel Twinkel" kv 265 and selected pianopieces, starting with the first brilliant compositions, as a 5 year old in 1761, and ending with the sad and sometimes even "mad" and modern pieces written during his last years, when his star was sinking rapidly. During the performaning, I will in an engaging way, lecture about the life of Mozart in relation to the pieces I play.

Anyway: I often have open a few or more tabs at once, and possibly entered a comment inadvertently into your video while thinking that I was commenting on the video that was actually playing at the time, which I might take the liberty of assuming was a sonata.

I'm sorry, you are correct. This is not a sonata. If I remember, perhaps I referred to the sonata mentioned in your intro, K.310.--- How do mean 'mad' pieces?--- You think of Mozart's star as sinking for years? I see it as taking just a few days, seeing as how he was apparently quite active and brilliant up to then.
