Dont expect this to be good =w= hehe. I only have the fist episode of suzuka, and I did this out of boredom(like my many other fail uploadifications) So there's probably a lot of repeats.

Anime is Suzuka.
The song is the opening to a taiwan show called Hana Kimi, based off a Manga-which I really suggest you read! There is also a japanese live-action adaption(Its actually not so bad)
