Not only is it cruel. It is a crap video, shit quality with annoying audio and shows absolutley nothing of interest and or educational.

I mean there is a reason there are professional marine photographers and film makers - because they dont chase an animal to exhaustion for 65 minutes of absolute torture for both the animal and the viewer.

I just saw this, obviously 6 months after other viewers, what has been the outcome? I grew up in Florida with both manatees, turtles and lots of other endangered and threatened species, and clearly this is violates everything. I have been involved in research project and this would never be acceptable and has no purpose. Does anyone know if any action has been taken to bring these people in?
