I have a "body memory" of having to catch my breath or else I will die.. not just a memory but live experience that usually happens repeatedly when I am about to fall asleep. I am sure this is the result of a birth trauma as described in this video. When the transition from getting supply from the cord to breathing is not gradual the feeling HAS to be that you must breath right away or you will die.
