thank you for posting this! sid was a GENIUS! i think maybe the brilliance and artistry of this is lost on the digital generation. i watched a documentary on sid once. he built his own optical printer and the film effects, syncing and color-matching of his stuff BLOWS AWAY hollywood productions costing millions of dollars. i love this guy!
