Replying to aiyock123 comment. I believe Lahu is not a culture, but more of an ethnic group like tonysk1 pointed out.

Definition of Nationality is not only exclusive to a country or nation; when you read further into the definition you will find that; Nationality includes: people having a common origin, tradition, and language and capable of forming or actually constituting a nation-state b: an ethnic group constituting one element of a larger unit (as a nation). Lahu, indeed fall within these criterias; hence is recognized as a Nationality by Yunnan Cultural Institute of China.

As I scanned through some of the comments made here, I came across an interesting comment from aiyock123;The comment that Lahu is not a Nationlality. Our first instinct would suggest this, and if you would constitute Nationality as only a national status such as citizenship you will be correct; however I did a little research for clarification.
