This terrific and easy to use product is ideal for a variety of reasons. Firstly, you dont need any findings, and it doesnt require clasps and ends, so is extremely easy to put on and take off. A memory wire bracelet will fit almost any wrist size- you just expand the coil and wrap it around your wrist. It is also very strong and durable, so it is ideal for children.
Another major benefit of memory wire is that it lends itself to casual design. You can use any colour co-ordinated bead mix, and the best result is often achieved by threading your beads randomly. Because of this, these bracelets or chokers are a great way to use up your left over beads.
Memory wire comes in a standard and large size. Always remember that it expands when all of the beads are threaded on, and even though the standard size looks very small, it is the correct size for the majority of people. The process is simple. Work out approximately how many coils youd like. As a general rule use a minimum of three loops for really chunky beads, but you can get great results using seed beads with up to 12 coils!
Do not use normal wire cutters on memory wire as it will make them become blunt. Instead you should use memory wire cutters, or chain cutters. Cut the wire and make a loop at one end with your round nose pliers. After that, thread any size and type of beads in a random pattern until you like the design. Once all of your beads are threaded on, simply make a loop on both ends of the wire with round nose pliers to stop the beads from coming of.

  • Camera should be on your hands for proper demonstration.

  • I am always watching tutorial videos. I watch many from Fire Mountain. Yours are very good. Yes there was one small moment when you were out of view, but that's ok. I love the way that the video is focused only on the project and there are no wide angles on other distractions.

  • The video does not show how to make the loops due to being out of the view of the camera.
