Educational video to raise awareness about FASD, the leading preventable cause of mental retardation, focusing on the dangers of drinking alcohol during pregnancy. This video can be used at medical offices, schools and other public and private service agencies. Other health education resources are available at www.cadfp.org.

Though the U.S. Surgeon General stated that there is no known safe amount of alcohol and abstinance should be encouraged by docs, women tell me that their OB/GYN says its ok to drink - as long as not much (whatever that means)! So, some women stop using caffeine, eating sushi, eat healthier, yet continue drinking. Please help spread the word. FASD is preventable - don't drink if you are pregnant, or want to become pregnant . Alcohol's the most dangerous prenatally and has lifelong effects!
