  • 26.9 isnt really much of a 26

  • Yeah, i know, but it makes me feel better. Im more of a distance runner. The fastest 200 i ran was a 23 on a dirt track, but that was years ago. Hoping to post up clips of 200 repeats to improve your 5k

  • make sure your stretching dude ... i think you looked too tight when you ran that one, your start phase was faster than your other phases. dont wanna feel like your stride is constricted. even the feeling of being tight isn't good. prob knock a second off that at least by increasing your flexibility. good luck

  • yeah. no. this wasnt that great. my cousin (beast) can run 23 and hes in 8th grade. i can run 30 and im in 5th.

  • 43 and I can still break 12 and 25, then again, I coach track for a living.

  • GAH, WTF is up with people saying I don't even train. That is so frkkin annoying. Sorry.

  • SLOOOOOOOOOOOOOOW, hahahaha

    No excuses, just slowness!

  • You don't look that old, but 26 sec. without training is good.

I am 44 and recently ran 100 m for 13.7 sec., also without any training (for 18 years).
