I don't think I'll ever understand why Riz Ortolani wasted such amazing talent on creating soundtracks for countless (mostly) horrible and truly despicable exploitation films. I mean, don't get me wrong, I like exploitation films as much as the next guy (and have watched more than my fare share) but Ortolani was SO fucking musically talented. Work this good doesn't deserve to be in even the same sentence as "Goodbye Uncle Tom", much less the movie.
