  • Respect! You are playing the way we love to do it. Outside, using what you have available and making fun! I really enjoyed that you showed the part where you fell from the limb and then got back up and gave it another go, and another. Your combination of bodyweight moves, climbing, using logs and bricks, throwing, crawling, jumping....yes sir....a mighty fine overall playout. You are expressing the new paradigm of movement. Keep it up!

  • @zenkahuna - thank you!

  • why is everyone so clinging to the concept of workout? the word playtime seems much more appropriate

  • @teejab - for some it is definitely work, goal based, target driven. Not something to enjoy but feared, almost seen as punishing. I think times are changing for sure...

  • fun stufff

  • @comersive - it was. These workouts beat the monotony of typical machines in most modern gyms...

  • @zenkahuna - I love this stuff.

  • Great way to get a good work out and learn how to use your body properly!

lifting weights gives you nothing cept for muscles.

  • Definitely seems better than the treadmill
