Mystery radio station, Western Götaland, Sweden

A soundclip taken from a mystery radio station, unique in that it only plays one electronic melody, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Is there anybody out there who has information about this mystery?

@AtticusStount It is a community radio station transmitting a pause signal when no other programs are broadcast. It may not be totally silent on the frequency thats why you like this melody. Do you know what frequency it is you can get more help on radiofakta.se

Radio Trollhättan at 90.6 MHz had in many years from 1995 onwards, birds singing as a break signal.
