In Fallout 3 there was a shrine for Abe Lincoln hidden in a basement in a random house that i ran into. With this video i will show you how to get there. Enjoy!
Edit: LOL, to everyone that gets scared at the 1:49 mark and wondering what the "ghoul" is, it is actually a Mannequin.
