It is an exercise that uses the muscle of a large gluteus, the quadriceps muscle of thigh, hamstrings, the thigh, and hips. A beautiful leg and beautiful hips can be expected.

  • I can't see myself or my wife being able to do this wearing high heels. Other than that, I love the way you dress yourself for such exercises. ;)
