@ExoticCalli I remember reading years ago, she said her mom and grandmother both look young also, so most of it is probably genetics. But you can tell from how her skin looks lately that she gets lots of chemical peels and microdermabrasion. She wasn't shiny like that until maybe 6 years ago. Like she has to put some sort of gel on her face due to the treatment, and she was darker when she was younger. Those treatments lighten the skin also. It's so obvious that she's getting those things done.

I would love to hear from her what she does to keep herself looking so youthful & fit - diet, skin care, exercise.
And I don't care for the vague answer that she recently gave to "Runway Magazine":
"I eat healthy, I run and I work out with a personal trainer who does a very strenuous, athletic workout with me four to five time a week."
Give us the detalis for example what skin care do you use, what do you eat specifically, what exercises do you do specifically etc. !
