royal marines are better at endurance, but usmc have better support and equipment. they are equally good, and that is why they train together. they have expertise in different areas, and this is why the uk and usa are good allies.

The Royal marines are a fraction of the size of the USMC....so they serve different roles.The Royal marines are akin to a conventional unit whereas the USMC is more like a entirely different service branch.

@shtrnd41 actually, in 2009 i was training with FPGRM (HMS Clyde) and staying at Garelochhead with the USMC who had also come to train with the FPGRM. although i did not directly train with the USMC, we socialised lots over my 2 week training ex. and as i was training with the FPGRM i knew what they got up to and saw them around base training. hence the amount of respect i have for both parties and understanding of their strengths.

Great Video, Great marines, Great soldiers, Great purpose. DONT diss the marines/any other branch, they are couragous, brave, and real soldiers. Go usa, go soldiers, go everyone, i plan to server at 18, and its not just about the country you are protecting. Its your brothers, your people, and all of you posting comments. Without ones like us, you wouldnt be free, on the internet, or doing anything without permission.
