If you had to deal with idiots like Gibbs does daily, then you'd be carefully thinking before you said anything. Anything Gibbs says can be interpreted to be the will and the means of the White House. He's given a very important position, and one misstep can mean disaster in the news cycles who are out for the kill.

I agree that he could cut out the umm and the ugghs, but other than that, he's doing well.

Also, if you want to hear a lot of umm and ughss, go look up a candid Bush speech.
