Pokemon Platinum-Budew solo challenge-Episode 1:Getting my starter

This is the first episode of my Budew solo run challenge. I get my starter and battle my rival for the first time. The reason for choosing Turtwig is because then my rival will be super effective against my Budew.
I am playing using No$GBA and recording it using SnagIt.
I must thank Flammie Rider from the HeartGold/SoulSilver boards on GameFAQS who gave me the idea of doing this after he successfully completed a Magikarp solo challenge and is in the middle of doing an Unown solo challenge!
