how do you get rid of the torque t6 screw without the right screwdriver?

@LUCID4RE - You don't. You need the right screwdriver.

OK I have a 17 inch unibody Macbook pro. late 2009.
I spilled a couple ounces of water on the track pad and now I am no longer able to click & drag.
I turned off the computer to let it dry out but that didn't resolve the issue. Any tips?

@Xtrov - You'll likely need to replace the top case.

is there any way to fix a dent on the casing

Not really. Even if you disassemble the unit to "bang" out the dent, it will look bad. Your best bet is to replace the case. They are available from our website.
great information, thank you
