@converse7luv7 Actually, if you want to be technical about things, he is saying "I call myself gummybear". The me (m') means the 'myself', and appelle means the naming or calling part. The verb tense am (in french 'suis') is not gramatically correct, to give name in this case. The literal translation would be je suis un(e) Gummy Bear, however when translated with in mind french word culture (which was the intentions of this poster), you would find it to be "Je m'appelle Gummy Bear,..." Served!!
